Retro Classics 2019 in Stuttgart // Impressions and "Goodbye!"

In addition to the pictures of this year's trade fair - with best thanks to the guys from KRIER+McKiee - a few words on our own behalf about "Retro Classics":

With the move from Stuttgart's Killesberg to the new exhibition halls, we have been at the start as exhibitors year after year since 2008 - first alone, then in cooperation with Allianz. The preparation, follow-up and implementation of the trade fair costs us time, nerves and many, many euros. So far it has been worth it to us, because the days at the fair have made up for all the effort. In the last few years, however, we have been feeling more and more out of sorts. After this year's trade show it was clear: It doesn't fit anymore. For us, it doesn't fit anymore. In future, we will therefore refrain from presenting ourselves or an excerpt of our cars at Retro Classics. Instead, we want to concentrate on smaller and more personal formats. Here with us on site. With customers, acquaintances, interested parties, friends and friends of friends. Without the trade fair motley all around. Because we think our cars are colorful enough. And because the trade fair experience on the part of visitors and exhibitors is becoming increasingly suspect.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank our cooperation partner Allianz, or rather our dear Allianz colleagues, for their excellent cooperation. We would also like to thank all our friends, acquaintances, customers and interested parties whom we had the pleasure of welcoming to our stand at Retro Classics. We continue to look forward to the exchange with you and are sure that we don't need an exhibition hall for this. Finally, a big thank you to our small, extra-fine team. What we have done around the fair during the running operation in Fellbach and in the exhibition hall, others do with five men more :). No thanks to all the storytellers, tire kickers, fair tourists and give-away collectors.
